Borderlands 2

Brick was bottom tier in BL1. Best classes were Lilith and Mordecai.
Dude, I know what I saw in BL1 between me & my clansmen. & we traveled & beaten BL1 together & BL2 together. The results were as expected when all 4 of us play. Which is Brick was the best compared to the other 3. I know this topic isnt about BL1 but it does help explain my point between Gunzerker & Berserker.

I'm going to assume you never played Brick before because what your saying that Brick is the lowest player to play as is really astonishing nonsense. Ever dualed a Berserker before at your own level? Simply the Berserker just needs to punch you 3 or 4 times and your dead. Unless your in a arena where you can run for your damn life in fear of Berserker the whole fight. However, in condition of dualing a Berserker; the Berserker has a much much higher chance of winning against Mordy or Lilith or Roland.

As for hordes of enemies, this was simply proven by me & my clansmen in survival waves, tough times, & mostly during the Zombie Apocalypse. My clansmen would get into "fight for your life" mode alot & I wouldn't. Why is that? Because I have the most health & shield out of the 3. & Unlike Gunzerker, My resistance towards damage was much higher & my health regeneration was much higher, allowing me to stay alive against a horde. If my clansmen go into the Horde, they'll die. Also to mention, I have more power to destroy others with my team mates guns, better then they can if I get my kill skills activated. Those kill skills I mentioned earlier was "Master Blaster" & "Revenge" (Imagine how stronger I am with Rockets). From seeing my clansmen get downed alot, its RARE to see me get downed. Unlike Gunzerker & my clansmen, rockets & other explosive items that the enemy uses, I resist by 40% because of the perk "Cast Iron". Add that to my Juggernaut perk which grants me to resistance towards all damage by 50%. That's 90% resistance towards explosive & thats without a class mod.

Do I even need to explain the unbelievable damage I do?

AGAIN, to those who thought Berserker was the lowest compared to the other 3 is out of their god damn mind. The reason why people must of not of liked him I'm guessing was because people only liked guns & only had experience with guns only. Their virgin babies when it comes to being the tank of destruction that is clearly not the same as other gun users. I imagine them picking perks that are not that worthy (Like Blood Sport) or perks that are not that logical towards building other skills that adds up into a powerful conclusion for other perks to have a connection from one another. I'm thinking they make there shit like a jack of all ways. Which makes their conclusion into a weak one, like a half-assed job in your work. Its either that, or you've never played Brick before; that's my guess.

If you have played Brick, start a conversation with me telling me HOW is Brick the suckiest compared to Roland, Mordy, & Lilith, giving me details between the 2 & compare & contrasting. Also this is way out of the point I was trying to make that Gunzerker still isn't better then Berserker.

(Lol, after putting up this report about Berserker, one of my clansmen read it & specifically said "Brick's one of the top tier players". & that's coming from someone who is almost a genius at video games compared to me. He also plays as Mordecai)

Yet you never mention anything about gear.

A firefly specced Lilith with an easily farmed Hellfire goes through content in BL1 like it's nobodies business.

As for the Gunzerker, you know why they made him that way, because everyone was complaining about how Brick was meh in BL1. Yes, Brick has survivability, but that's about it. Lilith can kill everything very quickly and then just disappear. Specced right, everything she shoots gets stunned and just sits there and takes damage. Brick's biggest problem was that gear (read: guns) did nothing for him. Compare this to Salvador who is the only class that can dual wield 2 Conference Calls, arguably the best shotgun in the game, combine this with the Bee and you have someone who, as shown can solo Terra without taking a scratch.

The problem it seems is that you insist on playing "your way." The thing is, min-maxing to get the best out of the game often involves playing in the most efficient way. As stated, this is not 'zerking in carelessly because that's "the spirit of the class." No, it's about playing in the best, most efficient way. In Salvador's case, it's getting the best shotguns and an amp damage shield like the Bee and then laying waste while Gunzerking.
