Basic Q&A Thread

can you set the computer to shake out of stun? because I know you can do shakeable combos in training mode and it counts as a true combo.

I believe if you set the second action to "G" then it should shake it.
 
In soul calibur 3 I remember Ivy had 2 stances where she swung the sword whip horizontally and then another where she swung it vertically. I was disappointed to find out when they removed them in soul calibur 4, and from the looks of the videos I've been watching I can't see her using them in soul calibur 5 either.

Those stances were apart of her style and why I liked playing as her. Removing them would be like taking away the stances of Siegfried or Lei Wulong in tekken. It's part of their identity and without them they are no longer the same character.

I've always wondered why they changed Ivy like that and thought I'd ask if anybody knew here :)
