i know this i kinda of a noob thing to ask but what does it mean when (refering to taki/natu) ppl say that a move goes into "PO"

Possession is one of taki stances. If you go trough her command list in the special move category. You will be able to get an idea what it is.

Pick Taki and do a quater circle backwards on your pad/stick - that's possession, or POS. =)

is the a general movement/ notation guide anywhere? i saw the vid in the other new player thread, but as soon as i went to the voldo page, i saw notations i dont think i saw in the vid
