I know but I don't have a way to get around to play with people in my area and whatnot. Anyway, thanks for the help! =D

One thing I've been wondering. Does the frame data for SCV count the 10 frames added for 8WR moves if done from neutral or is it just the base impact frames.

It doesn't because you can perform them at their true speed if you're already in 8wr or if you use Alpha's 236. The extra 10 frames are dash frames, the speed is the move itself.
