Im newish to soul cal but I wondering what would be the best of these characters to start with: Nightmare Natsu Xiba or Ivy

nightmare easy to learn but somewhat hard to master.

I was looking around the Hilde forums and I saw this posted.

does it mean crouching 2A because that doesn't combo with 1KK or does it mean counter hit 2A?
