Ok im pretty sure a mod will come along in close this thread pretty soon...which i don't care if you do or not I just wanted to get my point across...

Now then there's been a bit of confusion over the past few days especially with certain threads being closed. But im not here to talk about that, It's mainly about the ban with HRD. Imo that ban was unjustified and it clearly has a few members here at unease and rather upset at what happened to him...Yes any kind of rude language especially when its aimed towards someone of a higher status will not be tolerated in most cases, but instead of him getting warned and a infraction he gets banned on the spot for a week?

I say to you please unless they been warned once or twice and refuse to settle down and listen do not instant ban members unless it's for a good reason. Not only does it not look good for this site but it will make new comers feel uneased. Not really saying you don't have the right to instant ban people but still its just one of those things to me which it's not the proper way to enforce things, that death_emperor's guy post should have been long deleted before that thread got out of hand. Not even gonna talk about synraii, since I pretty much know what happened to him and he has been warned more than once.....

Well thats all I pretty much had to say feel free to come yell at me.

One, it's a week long ban that ends in two days. He can wait.

Two, if we were to add up everything he was going to get infracted for, he was going to get banned anyway.

Three, HRD has been pulling the exact same shit as Synraii for quite some time now, and told us more or less that we needed to do our jobs. This is us doing our jobs. Deal with it.

I think time outs are totally ok, especially when they are as short as a week like in HRD's case but it doesn't give me a good feeling to lose long time members like synraii tbh.

I already got my answer don't know why you guys won't let me delete this thread....and synraii's lost will affect some people but the mods clearly gave him more than one chance many times and he blew it.
