They said they're trying to stray away from clone characters, and seeing as him an Astaroth are clone enough to have the came Critical Finish and Astaroth is already confirmed, I doubt Rock's style will be returning.

I regret ever reading the comments, there is enough info here to start a bad fan fiction.
Videos look good so far, only thing I don't like is the instant guard or whatever it is called. Looks like there is no counter play involved and kinda random if these game journalists can pull it out of nowhere. I remember similar mechanism in Naruto fighting games where if you press guard just before an attack hits you will dodge and teleport behind your opponent. Everybody just ends up constantly tapping the guard button whenever possible and the whole offense/defense thing becomes a mess.
