Hello everyone. I sure hope im posting in the right place, recently i've been watching every second to countdown the SCV launch and I have to say... im stoked! I've always played soul caliber casually, but I stopped playing at Sc2. I have no experience with soul caliber and I pretty much stayed away from it for a long time.. and I can't say why I didn't played the other releases.. just didn't feel it. I pre-ordered SCV for the sony playstation 3, and recently I have gotten my madcatz SCV Soul Edition arcade stick. Its my first stick, and I don't know where to begin with learning soul caliber seriously, the engine feels foreign to me but I played tekken and street fighter so the training room and I are best friends. I look foward to being apart of the 8wayrun community =]

I am extremely stoked myself! Cant wait until the day is finally here. So who did you play in SC2 and who are you planning on maining in SC4?.
You say you played tekken and street fighter; did you play competitively or mostly casually?, and do you plan on being mostly a casual gamer or maybe hitting up some tournaments come SCV?

Thanks for the friendly welcome! I played Tekken and Street Fighter casually, but I do plan to make SCV my first game that im going to play competitively. I mainly used Kilik and Mitsurugi in SC2. I'm still using the same mains in SC4 =]
 
Nice to meet you too! There should be a Soul Caliber V hype thread so I can go there and scream, the amount of anticipation is too much for me.. ;p
