hell no!! facial hair is sexy, manly, studly, and awesome!! give me a shaggy, unkempt stud over a girl-man who waxes, plucks, and spends more time in front of a mirror than a woman. shaggy hair, facial scruff, a t-shirt, broken-in pair of jeans, and sneakers is all a dude needs!! anything more is primping and preening. i want a MAN, not a wannabe peacock!! :P

Is formal attire exempt from this? I wear a lot of shirts/waistcoats, but they go with my beard.

of course it's exempt!! sometimes a man gotta rock the formal gear too. and if u have a beard, then pretty much anything u wear is exempt! ;)
