yep you can chicken b+throw, but only against a kick, since it parries punches. not sure what b+1+2 can't parry though, i mean aside from lows and the standard knee, elbow, shoulder and hip attacks. i thought it parried everything else, except maybe unblockables.. got a specific example?

b+1+2 is a bit slower to activate. b+1+3_2+4 reverses kicks, and also wallsplats punches when your back is to the wall from what i hear.
