Finally beat the game last night. Ending was cool imo. Now to grind my arse off to max out the crystarium. I love trying to reach max stats and having 1 of everything in my inventory. One thing you definitely can't say is that FF13 is easy. It may be linear but you can't spam auto-battle to win...

I can accept the game for what it is and have no nerdy rant or complaint. I'm enjoying it thoroughly. It's a different linear experience. I do wonder why they made it like this though. I'm on Chapter 10 btw and about to grind for CP and weapon upgrades like a mother.

No skytoast this game is not turn-based. There are never "turns". The free movement that SO4 has makes it one of the best fighting systems imo. All of the characters were memorable and I recommend it to those who won't have a heart attack because an RPG isn't perfect. I might pick up the PS3...

I think that was poorly worded for the trophy. You have to heat up to even do real damage to him. Iirc you just can't end the battle in Heat Up mode.

I haven't touched this game in soooo long. I have to learn the corner rape combo by sight because I can't find it written anywhere. Just you wait though :)
