All I can say after seeing DmC all the way through is that the story was not really to special in this one either. Reminded me of two with the whole go kill a demonic business man. Although as I stated earlier there were a few really good parts.

Yes you can ask someone to just be a mentor on general skills I am sure one or two would be willing to help. Just make sure you know the basic attacks and properties of the character :)

For 3 you just put starts everything...i mean yeah you can say that it does but 3 is the most important story wise of any game. Dante finds the devil inside of him, meets lady and makes the mistake of not saving Vergil which he regrets at later times. In the animated series he saves the world...

Dmc2 lacked a bit in controls/camera but the game itself was good. I liked the serious Dante. And I play more for story/characters than I do for gameplay :) . And as I have said the gameplay for DmC looks and plays great in the demo...But thats not enough for me.
