Is there a way of reducing the throw with an 8-way gate? I find that the 2-4-6-8 directions now require too much effort. Maybe a bigger actuator?

When you say "grind down", do you mean making them shorter; that is, the height is the problem?

It turns out it wasn't the ref calling a rematch. The MLG rules say technical malfunction = replay. I agree TD was robbed.

Now if you know anything about Halo, you gotta admit this was a stupid call. Evidently the ref decided to restart the match, and the team that was 1 second from losing won the rematch. Too bad for those other guys. They make a living off the game, you know.
