I don't think you've played SSF4. Sagat was broken because of high damage of his DP and his ultra, and his combos from F+HK. Too easy to zone with him in vanilla. No, Sagat did not win every tournament. Neither did Hilde in those in which she's not banned.

Vanilla was NOT better unless you played Sagat. I haven't played AE, but SSF4 is very well balanced. Combos are not very important in SF4. You can use basic combos and win if you zone your opponent correctly. A lot of mixups in SF4 means inputting commands a few frames later than you would...

MKDC would have been a lot better had it just been 2D. The addition of a "3D" button adds nothing to the game, and make fireballs at a distance useless. That goes to all the non-2D MKs too.

Disagree. Sirlin's point is that SF is skill-based, WoW is not. I don't know what the hell you're ranting on about college degrees, but try getting a real degree in the hardcore sciences, like in physics or math, from a good university. Any dumb student will be filtered out by the second year.

I hope towns are no longer seperate "interior" spaces. Morrowind was much more immersive because the transition between towns and outside was seamless.

Reduce movelists. There are lots of moves for each character that are useless because they are too unsafe, or there is a better move that does whatever it does. Confuses novice players.
