    On hit, 11A is -9, and then the next loop move needs time to come out after that recovery. So Maxi really can't do anything if the other guy hits a button.

    If they're grounded, or you just think it'll do enough damage to finish a round, that's pretty much the only time you want to use that more.

    Ah yea I see, I tested it and he really is fucked by a aa in every situation. That's a fucking let down... it's a really cool move. I'm like can I at least get some sort of back step damage from BL A, the free BL KK if the don't block low, and whatever BL B gives on hit and counter hit?

    The move is pretty reactable right?

    Very reactable. If i have meter...youre eating a CE. Even a nice 4A+B combo of my choosing.
