i would use GS 66A at its tip range to avoid the more faster TC moves. 66A is good for wall pressure too. 1A, 2A+B, 6B, 6A, and 66K are all good for run aways. 2A+B would be the most risky. i would probably study with JS's A+B and evasive tools. My personal opinion on JS is a an SG damage oriented staller and zoner. EX: 3B 4A 66B is a force block. 4A/22_88A 6B are force blocks (can be GIed)

4A and 22_88A are more of moves that let you do just about anything when they hit in JS. i would practice mixing up with it to help with pressure. The opponent will just hold G or turtle becasue you think you will follow up with AA. so lows will help, or powerful forceblock like 66B or 44B if you think they will lock up for a decent amount of time.

I hope this is giving you ideas. the guaranteed damage is always better though. GS makes up for it imo. Your meter in JS should be for GIs and CEs. BE 236K is goood too of course but you have moves like 11_77B on CH and 6A B on CH and run K on CH and 4K that will change moods if you can set them up (4A and 22_88A work well here) in GS its your CE and BE damage boosts. it really depends on your style of play.
