Job interview tomorrow. WTF is "business casual?" Is that dressing for work but not dressing for work? (head explodes)

cacki pants, buttondown shirt, tie, dress shoes. watch the office or office space. see what they're wearing? aside from michael scott, most of them wear business casual.

All of them pretty much wear formal business attire, jacket, slacks, tie, and button down shirts.
