As I said before, Sophitia is the less likely get any changes due to how iconic she is. Pyrrha will likely use a different set, perhaps one of her alternates from SCV?

Yeah that's true, but a new weapon for Sophitia wouldn't be terrible. They have changed weapons before for characters so I wouldn't mind really. For Pyrrha I would prefer a whole new weapon and not one of her alternatives from SCV.

What do you mean? If you're saying Pyrrha is a clone of Sophitia I disagree, Sophitia's and Pyrrha's combos are completely different which makes them both unique to each other. Yes, Pyrrha does have many moves from Sophitia, but she fights entirely differently. Plus, if all the Alexandra girls are in the same game together they will all be very different, Pyrrha will probably be changed a lot. Remember when Cassandra came into the series? She had many Sophitia moves but had different combos. Now look at how different Cassandra is to Sophitia. The same will happen with Pyrrha, in time :)

I understand what you're saying,but combos alone aren't enough to make a character unique.
When Cassandra was introduced in Soul Calibur 2,she wasn't as similar to Sophitia as Pyrrha is in SCV.
Because when they added Cassandra,they weren't intending on replacing Sophitia with her.You can't say the same about Pyrrha,however.

I like Pyrrha,i love her personality.
Even though i like her mother more,if Pyrrha does return they'll have to change ALOT in her moveset.
That'll make it 4 completely different Sword+ Shield styles. (if we're counting Lizardman (Since he's winning over Aeon in the poll) and excluding Patroklos).

I know, but the essence of the game is to do combos so that why I said combos are what make the characters unique from each other. I wouldn't say Pyrrha is a clone of Sophitia like many people do. I do agree that Pyrrha will have to be changed a lot to be very different though. Also, Cassandra was intended to replace Sophitia. Sophitia was cut out of the Arcade version of SCII and Cassandra was her replacement. The brought Sophitia back however for consoles because of fan demand.

But yes I agree that she will have to be changed more.
