I think he means something like the "choose path" feature in the SCV arcade mode,like if you choose europe,you don't face asians and etc.

Its funny how he lumps East Asia + Europe because North Americans are simply much less tolerant of other cultures.
However, to avoid sounding like a hypocrite, what I have a problem is how they have a blond character dressed in some japanese-specific fad speaking cringe-inducing english.
This bothers me because
1) Doesn't tekken have characters speak in their native languages ? I may be unfair to categorize catgirls to japanese weirdness, but until proven otherwise, I don't see this phenomenon being prevalent in countries where english is a dominant language.
2) Maybe the dev team actually THINKS that the english delivery is good. That is probably even worse as it shows there is minimal feedback outside of Japan.
If there was an american stereotype fighter (use your imagination) but then strangely hiring an english speaking actor trying to deliver lines in japanese would be equally upsetting. Imagine terry bogard shouting hadouken with a non-japanese accent.
