The gameplay was ok, somewhat similar to Kingdom Hearts, all in all the game was not really bad, still better than many of the stuff I've seem lately.

Yeah, pretty much what Ramus said. You gotta be really careful with what you hear about newer final fantasy games, they receive a lot of hate for really no reason.
