I hated Complicity, but maybe I should give The Wasp Factory a try if I get round to it.

Never really thought about my favourite stuff, so this could be fun. I'll see what I think of off the top of my head, but I'll probably forget 90% of my all time favourites...

Albums: Songs About Jane (Maroon 5), Absolution (Muse), Fortress (Protest The Hero), Audioslave (Audioslave), 11:11 (Rodrigo y Gabriela), Bad (Michael Jackson), Nevermind (Nirvana), most RHCP albums, and Tim Minchin (no particular album or anything, just wanted to mention him because he's a genius as both a musician and a comedian).
A few good shouts from others here, like Gaga and Paloma Faith (mainly the Do You Want The Truth album).

TV shows: Digimon, Vicar of Dibley, The IT Crowd, The Simpsons, Friends, Sherlock, Dr Who and half the things Synalon said.

Books: I'd love to make myself sound intelligent and list all the classic literature I've read, but tbh, I really like Harry Potter. Even if it isn't the most amazingly written set of books, I grew up with them. Got a lot of nostalgia for Brighton Rock too, I'm a real sucker for anti-heroes.

Movies: Pan's Labyrinth, Corpse Bride, Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead, The Emperor's New Groove (and most other Disney films), Airplane, The Holy Grail, Flushed Away, Memoirs of a Geisha, The Wrestler, In Bruges, Pan's Labyrinth (it deserves a second mention), Studio Ghibli (Princess Mononoke is probably my favourite too), School of Rock, Kill Bill.
(definitely agree that 12 Years a Slave is NOT worth the hype)

Games: Final Fantasy 7, Digimon World, the Pokemon series, Soul Calibur, Smash Bros. Shoutouts to Mirror's Edge, Heavy Rain, and the Zelda and Sonic series.

Albums: anything by Depeche Mode. Looooooove me some depeche mode. Oh, and The Fame Monster. Also head over heels for Tarantino soundtracks. Otherwise, I mostly listen to individual songs.

Music artists: Lady Gaga, Depeche Mode, Lana del Rey. I also like a bit of classical music from time to time, mainly Tchaikovsky. I also listen to quite a bit of Garage artists.

TV shows: Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, Sherlock. Also watch copious amounts of British panel shows. I can't live without panel shows.

Books: American Psycho is my personal favourite. Going to read 1984 soon. I also have some fond memories of some obscure Danish ones I've read at school.

Movies: Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, almost anything by Guillermo del Toro, and also pretty fond of some Tim Burton ones. Just FYI, Kill Bill is my bible.

Games: Tekken, Soul Calibur, of course. I play quite a lot of RTS games, mainly Age of Empires (2 and 3), WarCraft 3, StarCraft. I also like to play RPGs of most kinds. I like to torture myself by playing Diablo II, which I absolutely suck at. I play Skyrim, of course, and Mount & Blade. One of my favourite game series must be the Batman: Arkham games. I'm currently unsubscribed from WoW, but I'm gonna resubscribe when the next X-pac comes out. The list basically goes on, but I've listed the major ones here.
