No, they are mega's. The game has been hacked and we knew a long time ago that Diancie (Rock/Fairy), Hoopa (Ghost/Phychic) and Volcanion(Fire/Water) will be the new event legendaries and that we get Mega latios and Mega latias. Heck we already know the new abilities (Adaptability and Multiscale), typing(Dragon/phychic and Dragon/Fairy)
And stats M-Latios:
80/80/110/180/110/140
M-Latias:
80/80/110/110/180/140
Both have to go to ubers especially Latias with Dragon/Fairy AND multiscale.

Resists Fighting, Bug, Fire, Electric, Water, Grass, Dark and is fully immune to Dragon. Weak to Poison, Steel, Ice and Fairy. However high damaging moves of either one of those 4 are somewhat rare and with multiscale calm mind and roost it could potentially set-up and sweep pretty much everything even aegislash loses on a 1v1 bacause it loses it's ghost weakness.
But personally I feel that Aegislash shouldn't be in OU in the first place, but that's a different story.
