Skyrim

It's not enough. If you make a character that wears heavy armor then that's pretty much half you inventory right their :/ Weapons also take up a lot of space. And I like to have a variety of both apparel and weapons on me at all times so I do need a lot of space lol.
Alright, we'll assume that you're wearing Daedric armor. Armor weighs 50, boots weigh 10, gauntlets weigh 6, helmet weighs 15, and shield weighs 15. We'll even assume you're using a Daedric sword, which is another 16. That in total is 112, that's just a little over 1/3rd of your total weight. That there is 188 left over, enough for 5 Dragonbone Warhammers.

Also, what's the point in carrying multiple outfits or multiple weapons? For your weapons you might as well pick swords since they're the only ones that can crit and enemies don't have high enough armor ratings to make use of armor penetration(since NPCs don't have perks their AR is really low) and the axe bleeding damage is retardedly low so there isn't a point to axes at all. I can understand having a bow but the most that would ever weigh is 20(dragonbone). Arrows are weightless so that isn't an issue. No need to carry potions if you make a sword that steals health since you'll steal more health than they can take. Health leech and fiery soul trap never fails. The Black Star would make it so you never run out of your enchantment. Only thing you would have to worry about is illnesses you can get from animals(which are rare in the first place). It's not like Oblivion were you literally had to carry a billion things. Oh and about the multiple outfits... Town cloths would weigh like 6. There isn't a reason to carry a light set of armor and heavy so having town cloths and armor wouldn't be so bad. Not to mention counting your armor, weapons and town cloths wouldn't take over half the weight limit(it all adds up to 138). :P

HOLY FUCK the beauty of mods. So real it's unreal.

More next-gen than anything on either of the new consoles.

Well I don't always use heavy armor, but when I do I have always found my self getting over encumbered a bit more than usual... But now that you are explaining this to me I guess I still do have quite a bit of space left in my inventory after all.

I guess you're right, the only multiple outfits I carry are robes or some kind of town outfit. I usually keep the unique clothing items on me (Well not every unique clothing item but maybe just a set or two.) I don't like to parade in my armor all over the place, I know it's odd. I usually do use a sword on most of my characters, and I barely ever create characters that dual wield... Yeah the critical hit in the swords are nice, it really ups your damage by a lot. I never use axes... They really should have made axes more interesting to use. :p

Yup the only reason I still show an interest to playing Skyrim after all this time is because I love killing shit with my trusty bow. I usually play a character build that is focused on stealth but I still use stuff from every class pretty much. I use archery for long range kills and stealth blows as well, and I use sword and shield (Or magic in the left hand instead of the shield) for up close action. I also really like conjuration and illusion a lot, I almost always have that on my character. Destruction maybe... But not all the time. I barely use my dragon shouts though...

I carry potions, I stock ridiculously on that stuff. Also I use food and a bunch of alcohol. The sword leach is a good thing to use to recover your health by but what about potions that restore your magic? I don't really use any of my potions much though I just kind of keep them just to be safe. I also carry around 5 cure disease potions on me when I'm out and about so diseases don't really scare me. I need to get the black star, I'm just really lazy lol... But I have shit tons of soul gems filled and unfilled on me constantly anyways, still the black star would be nice to have because of the number of NPCs I regularly slice through, getting a grand soul just for killing one bandit is a pretty sweat deal. You can use the black star for enchanting, right?...

Honestly, being a Mage is the probably funniest thing. Especially with the Flesh Spells and the perk that allows you to have armor when wearing robes. I've had an armor rating that was of 300 thanks to one of my flesh spells.
