Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate

what's up with people wanting tengu? he's bad and character doesn't have a legit fighting style. i just don't get it. -_-

Nobody wants to see their character dropped. Also, you shouldn't be complaining about characters not having "legit" fighting styles when all the ninjas use anime ninjutsu with teleporting bullshit and moves that are physically impossible in real life, ESPECIALLY Hayabusa and Ayane.

Even if he doesnt have a legit fighting style, i think he is somehow stylish..and i like the japanese mythology creatures...but on the other hand i give you credit for asking why people want him back.
I rarely saw a good tengu in DoA 4..all they did with him is the 7PP(the flying tackle) if im correct..and some newbies even tryed to spam his whirlwind attack....hmh.
Same goes toe leon...people never played him..and then...
Peeps:Woooot leon is not there in DoA5, we want him back!
-.-
Im gonna foresee the future and tell ya, ill never gonna see a legit leon...and if..then im gonna apologize for my trolling ;)
PS:Ein is Cool!Glad to see him back.

and...woohey

I just checked DOA 4's user statistics recently, and if I'm not mistaken, Leon and Tengu were by far the least popular characters with a usage rating of 21 & 7 respectively. To put things in perspective, Hayabusa and Kasumi usually got 100 & 98 usage ratings. Ein had decent usage but I'm guessing he was cut from DOA5 because of Hayate & Hitomi being similar. One thing I can give credit to DOA5 is that there were no clones compared to some other fighting games.

However, I personally wouldn't have a problem if every former DOA fighter returned leading to an epic roster.

hey, they do that mugen tension (or is that just Kasumi?), or whatever fighting style that is an actual fighting style. and i'm sure if you fought a figure skater on ice then you would find it very similar to fighting ayane. (exclude the high flip jump and her air climb kick.)

i can respect people wanting their character back and not wanting that character to be dropped from the roster. but it's hard to sympathize because tengu was just...well, tengu.

-warning post must be read entirely before actual whining-

More than anything it show that when you make a cast where 50% is about virtual inflatable dolls for lonely nerds (and the males are overall pretty weak), EVEN lose garbage like Tengu is kind of sad and drop the overall charisma

I love the eye candy and all, but honestly being good looking over18 dude and fucking in real life, maybe i miss some kind of virgin-sadness mystic aura... but DoA cast is just weak as a FG cast can be.
Ok, no MK level garbage (LOL it's ever sad even just count it same category), but for japan quality standards is REALLY weak

SF/SC and even trashy Tekken fly way higher, even Virtual Boring Fighter look at least professional.
Things like GG and specially BB have a different kind of fails, but still not as useless as DoA

Said that charisma is'nt all and before jump on Ps4 after Castlevania LoS2, i will almost surely get DoA5U... yet vanilla5 looked kinda fun when i've try it and Leon/Ein are the two characters i mained in past chapters

Second choice but still something fun to do waiting badass shit like next SF/SC/Darkstalkers get announced

-soldiers get on come at me bro defensive position, anti-white knights shields activated-
