I will say that dead rising looked really good and it saddens me that I won't be able to play it

It's going to be a multiplat because Microsoft just admitted that the Xbox Done is a failure.

Ummm won't dead rising 3 be on both consoles? I mean I didn't see anything with dead rising being exclusive to crapbox one

No they announced it as exclusive. However like the first 2 games, it's Exclusive "UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE"
Like how Tales of Vesperia or Eternal Sonata or Bioshock were exclusive until it wasn't/
