Fair enough. She was a tragic character before her punishment, though. Theon was just a frat boy. The emotional impact of Cersei's penance walk is that her courage, her bravado, and her bravery are all torn down the moment the smallfolk see her. Cersei is built up as this extremely strong-willed, narcissistic, and proud woman but the people's opinions of her humble all of that.
