I think your "false try-hard" is actually a real try-hard which is not a type of scrubs.
Your "true try-hard" is what i would call a try-soft type of scrubs.

I would like to express my frustration towards this kind of scrub.

The Edgemaster Scrub
This kind of scrub tries to play every character in the game. Generally they tend to have most of their time used on Edgemaster/Kilik/Elysium. They will brag about how good they are at the game and how others are inferior to them because they only play one or two styles. Whenever they lose, they will blame their loss due to getting/picking a character they do not play "for real". The only way to calm down this kind of scrub is to beat their "main", but most Edgemaster scrubs will not play their main because you are not worthy of its power.
