Gears of War Judgement

Overrun is my favorite part of this game. I do very, very well there. And can help change the tide of an entire match. Cog or Locust. These matches can take quite some time to finish. But damn its so awesome! Actually have 1 Draw game on my record. In-fucking-sane.

But. I just cannot get my footing in the competitive MP. And what sucks is. I understand whats happening and I am understanding why I am losing some of these fights. But I feel completely helpless this game. I NEVER felt this bad playing Gears 1-3.

I'm actually mad. I want to keep going back in there til I see improvement. But its quite disheartening to lose just about every fight I am engaged in. I'm also getting snuck up on A LOT here.

I understand man. And I don't think it's entirely your fault if you keep losing fire fights in MP....imo some stuff in MP must need changing. The two piece i don't know why is it back? it thought epic would learn this from gears of war 2...I think the reason why the melee is so strong now is they wanted to give rifle users compensation for the removal of stopping power. Wish the melee wouldn't stun....

Imo MP has alot of broken stuff in it. Maybe there will fix some things in the next few weeks I dunno. Um do you have a team you can roll with in judgement?
 
I'm so disappointed in this game T.T
Good thing I only borrowed it for a week.

The story was close to lackluster, multiplayer is solid but nothing more, and no locusts in MP, WHYYYYY
 
I'm starting to learn how to play this games MP. Involves a lot...and I mean a lot of CQC elbows.

Imma try using different guns. Looking at Markza and Lancer as my first stop. Start playing with the other grenades too. Namely ones that aren't labeled "stim". Cause I don't need that shit. I know I can outsmart these jive motherfuckers. Just need to find the right set up.
 
The Markza is amazing. To successfully benefit the most out of this weapon, you have to train yourself to keep away from the high-traffic chokepoints and outspace the Gnasher-users.

Kinda sucks that there are only four maps, all of which seem to be primarily designed around the Gnasher (Rig is probably one of the better long-range maps). Hopefully there'll be more maps in upcoming DLCs.
