And well, it's a city, I just... Call it a town. Idk why. It's filled with a lot of vets, there's an airforce base pretty near by, and there's a church every other street.
Most of the city and the neighboring city's pretty homophobic or REALLY straight and has everything from pro-lifers cussing people out at the abortion clinic to protesters at the ONLY gay event that happens once a year for a single day and the gay bar getting angry and it just never ends, and way too many people not like that are the annoying in your face ones that have to display it on their person at all times in the most obnoxious way that they're anti-homophobia or pro choice or any of that.
Then there's the small pocket I'm a part of that goes "Why can't I just fucking leave?"
