Hi!
I'm Jozy and I've been playing Soul Calibur since SC2 (back when nobody knew what they were doing). I've played very few FG's outside of SC (Blazblue and some SFvTekken), but I've really been enjoying SCV so far!
I've been trying to get into combos and playing mind games with mix ups, but my ground play and anticipation with guarding isn't very good. Coupled with my bad wifi signal in the basement, I find myself only playing my brother and my best friend. I played Taki and Setsuka a LOT in SCIV, and main Natsu now. I really enjoy her ability to combo and mix-up with different openers. I've recently also taken up Patroklos (even though I don't really like that he has no priority) and Alpha Patroklos (even though JF's kill me). I really like the feel of those characters and how they play. I consider myself a beginner to the game, but don't really feel motivated to try to "be the best", I only wanna understand what it really means to be good (practicing on the other hand depends on how much time I have after school and work).
Questions I'd like to ask:
Anywho, much thanks in advance for any posts.
Best Regards,
Jozy

- What makes a good SC player?
- What are the basics I should know about Soul Calibur?
Anywho, much thanks in advance for any posts.
