Hello all. I've heard about this site so I decided to sign up. I'm a huge fan of the SC series and would like to know how I could get sponsored to go to EVO.

To get sponsored in general you must:

1) Be marketable. This includes a camera friendly appearance (which is resonant with the sponsor), and good public speaking skills.

2) Be a proven good player. This includes placing high or winning in existing established tournaments. Online wins mean all of jack and shit.

3) Having an existing public presence that matters. A web series, a tutorial series, a website, being an existing known face in the crowd.
