Maybe, but a paygate isn't going to generate interest. A pay gate is for people who are already interested enough to pay it. I actually got my cousin George to start playing Marvel by linking him to last years Evo streams (while they were going on). If he had to pay something to watch them, he never would have.

According to comments on other forUms, some players are expecting DLC as well as the patch tomorrow. But I haven't heard nor seen any DLC announcement. I do know Zack Island will be available however.
