Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm series

Overall I think the series is good. But I do believe the creators paid more attention to some characters than others (Naruto and Sasuke vs say... Ino).

And Ive enjoyed UNS2 and UN generations. The first one didn't appeal to me much and Generations got rid of the roaming aspect that I liked. But The sequel looks good.

I must admit, I have no idea who Mifune is lol. I stopped watching the anime back when Pein invaded the Hidden Leaf. But regardless I enjoy the series because it fills you in on most of the anime. But Naruto and Sasuke did not need 1000000 slots in Generations.

What are your thoughts?

See this is where i have to disagree with you because i think the first game is still the best game in the series to this date. I have fun with the new ones but the fact they dumbed it down so much makes the others seem like crap. Story mode wise the newer ones are 10x better than what part one ever dished out but fighting and presentation wise for part 1 was 100x better than the newer ones. The specials were better, every character had 2 unique supers, the game looked a lot more polished since at the time it wasn't a multi platform game, and every character in part one had a fairly decent matchup (despite some shined more than others). When the newer ones came out it just became so... nerfed comparing to one and cyberconnect can make pretty games just jesus make the gameplay deeper and evolve off of part ones system and get rid of this awful new system.

This is just my opinion though but I personally think part one is still the king in this aspect.

I played Ninja Storm 2 first so I guess that's what I got accustomed to. But I respect your points. :) I think Generations wasn't too good. It basically repeated everything the previous games covered. And Bee's strange story mode...

Generations wasn't truly a sequel but more along the lines of a spin off so I could forgive them since they flat out said that the game wasnt a continuation. I think you should give part one a try even if it is a rentable and you see why I deem part one the best one. I just liked the fact every character had a diverse way of fighting just based on the specials alone. It is one of those games you should give a try.

Ive played the first one for a bit, and didn't finish it. But I've had a change of heart with a lot of games this year. So Ill rent it again and check it out. I hope Ninja Storm 3 is good, story mode wise.
