What be the odds of this being competitive?

Many of the Blazblue regulars have jumped ship to P4A.

Couple things that haven't been mentioned yet.

There are no DP motions.

Auto-combos are built into the game (think MvC2's air-combo system where you just mash 2 buttons for a quick aerial rave), and can be done simply by mashing one button. But you can opt for more control of your combos if you want.

The home console's story mode is supposedly 40 hours long.
 
Nope. Apparently, all you need now is the round being your last (your ''winning'' round) and 100 meter. You won't need to lower your opponent's health into a certain percentage anymore. It's basically a compromise between Guilty Gear and Blazblue.

The big difference here is that you cannot combo into the insta-kills in this game. Or at least they're doing their best to make it so.
Other than Naoto's 30 other insta-kills.
