He is one of the best character of the game but he is ridiculously hard to use, specially for beginners (idk if you're a beginner)
timing is crucial on the using of the character and also you must be really quick of you want to execute his best combos
he is considered a top tier by the community and I have to agree, also many people is not familiarized with his moves because not many people use him so that's an advantage
overall he is a very good choice if you want to grow up as a player, if you are able to use him properly you can use anyone in the game, good luck!

Cons:
Difficulty, range (the range changes depending on the move)
