Well, to be fair he was top tier in the E3 build. He wasn't broken at all, and we're hoping he doesn't get toned down, but it's unlikely.

Ideally, every character should be able to output that amount of damage of a launch. Do that, and the FGC will lessen the complaints about holding out of stun.

Yo, have these been posted on the front page of any site like FSD or SRK already?

Well sort of.... they were part of the stream, and the stream was posted. Difficult to go through hours of footage just to find them though. You have to wade through a lot of button mashing. Luckily IPL's youtube channel had those two videos separated out.

Most, if not all, of the matches from IPL's youtube channel were attached to the FSD Media Library. Since most of FSD watched the stream, there was no real reason to specialize Rikuto's matches on the front page as discussions of the matches went on in different forms.

Still waiting to see Rig and Bass in action.

Quick piece of trivia. If not for Ian seeing it on the mailbox, I was about to make that article myself based on seeing the scan in this thread.
