I HAD BIOLOGY WITH THIS KID LAST YEAR.

And I can definitely guarantee you that he's NOT the kind of guy that would EVER get into a fight. This is all bullshit.
 
Both men are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. Unfortunately, some police departments have been known to ignore or bury evidence that doesn't correlate with their narrative. And there is really know way to prove who attacked and who defended so long as both have physical signs of being in a struggle. But if one or neither had physical signs of being in a struggle that makes it a lot easier to call it murder. Let's wait for more evidence.
