Hey, I can make a completely generalized, obviously undereducated statement about how a game plays out too:

I'd rather play SCV than whiff bait launcher punish 6.

To be honest, defending a game series whilst doing stuff like this is kind of petty. If someone doesn't like another game, let them not like it. If they love a game, let them love it. If they make stupid statements like the one you quoted - laugh at them.

On topic of the patch, Hates is absolutely right. Keep an open mind, guys, the changes were for the best in a lot of places. And to be honest, there's a TON of Tira whining and I haven't understood any of it. She's still surprisingly good.
 
Who said that this is the last balance patch? Has anybody considered the possibility that there could be more balance patches in the future?

That possibility has been considered. That possibility, much like the possibility of getting a mood change from doing Tira's JS 66B BE now, is unfortunately not very good.

It comes down to the players skill with the character, not the characters stats. If somone is good enough with Tira or Siegfried then they will win. Sometimes fighting game communities focus too much on theoretical calculations and frame rates. Exploiting the system does not a good player make. A skillful player makes a good character.
