Overall the system fixes make this a great patch. As far as characters, I'm mostly happy as I play Mitsurugi, Asataroth, and Dampierre. Fine with changes to Mitsu and Asta, though I think Dampierre needs either a damage buff or changes to the randomness of his stance changes.

Why not count sc3 AE? It was easily the best and most evenly balanced game of the series.

No argument there, SC3 AE for me is the best on the series, but I'm a console player and I'm listing just the console games, if we count all of them, then yes, SC3 AE had a nearly perfect balance.
