This tier list fails. Why? No Cecil.

What were you thinking when you came up with this?!

I'll take a better look at it when he's added :P
 
Poor Ulti. Seems like she really got the short end of the stick when it comes to magic users. The only HP attack that's moderately useful is Apocalypse and maybe that charge shot that goes in a downward curve. Time Stop wouldn't be so bad if it didn't charge so long. :/

Yeah, truly the Time Stop is her only good thing, her Ex-move isn't to great and shes pretty much a slug when it comes to movement. its sad because she was my fav ff baddy XD
 
Hey Shadius, just out of curiosity, where do you think you would place Judge Gabranth and Shantotto on the list? I'm assuming if this was a competitive fighter, those two would probably be excluded from tournaments (Gabranth charges EX gauge and Shantotto can slow you down and really fuck you up). Also, any particular reason why Cecil is Top Tier?

I main Cecil, so I'd just like to hear your thoughts behind why you placed him in Top. That's all :)
