It's from Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water. It's an older anime I'm starting right now.

So ya Digimon season 4 is the best, just saying. Had the best story, actually had drama, best english theme song what? It was told better, not to mention better fights, Digimon design and characters.... except the fat one.

Digimon has bad characters in every season..... as does most shounen shows.

And if we're naming all these comedies, im just gonna throw out Nichijou which is better than Azumanga, Lucky Star, Pano Poni, K-On, Hidamari Sketch, and most other one shot school comedies out there.
Not Seto no Hanayome though.... it's a different style of show but that show was hilarious.
