P90X results: This stuff really works

Haha i'm doing it right now along with obligatory 10 mile bike rides 4 days a week!
Wish me luck, guys!

Damn 10 miles lol I used to love bike riding too, ever since i started getting into p90x tho ive completely forgotten about it.

Im back on the grind, for real this time. Complete with yoga and everything. My eating habits are still meh, but lately ive been so drained from the actual workouts ive been neglecting Ab Ripper X entirely. I feel horrible =(

Day 4 btw. I havent weighed myself in ages =/

I always did Ab Ripper X in the evening, and the standard workout in the morning. It's only 15min (of hell) but if you can't do it immediately post workout you can always wait with it for a few hours. Nothing wrong with that.

That doesnt sound like a bad idea actually.
Although, after I come from work, my caffeine pills wear me out, so I jus wanna come home and sleep. But my mat is always out, so I think ima give that a try. And do it every other day.
Thanx alot homie.

PS - Also, is it bad that I'm mixing the workouts? I know I've been on and off, but I've been doing the first 6 workouts (excluding Stretch X) for awhile now and decided to change today with Core Synergistics X. God, almost reminded me of Plyo -_- Tough shit.

I think they designed p90x program specifically to avoid the plateau effect, but unless you hit one you shouldn't worry about that. I did the same thing, even switched P90X cardio workouts with Insanity workouts (they are super intense, Plyo doesn't even compare), mainly because it was just boring after a while.

If you are doing p90x with weight loss in mind, it doesn't really matter which exercise you choose, as long as you stick to your diet and work out to put your body in a caloric deficit, you will lose fat.
