When/where are we able to pre-order the Collectors Edition? And has there been any word on the price of it?

Not yet. Although I think I saw someone quote $99 before, that could have been speculation. I certainly haven't seen anyone identify the retailer yet.

I heard someone say it was 130$. It would make sense and its halfway worth it for Dampiere :D (I mained him in broken destiny and his style is quite fun)

Yes, there is a new CAS mode.
