Yes but now that sun has awaken from its 12 year cycle there are going to some massive solar flares! Happy bday to madnis bydaway lol :)

Before the massive earthquake and tsunami in japan NASA recorded one of the biggest solar flares in history! I think we need to have SOLAR powered generators attached to every Nuclear power plant as a safe guard incase the power grid went down! Better safe than sorry, i mean what has anything been done since Japan ?
