really? then probably in the three states I lived in (wait maybe two because texas is Funimation's HQ) no one has a clue as to what they are. I give props to the people who made HOTD. it's pretty much the only zombie apocalypse anime that I know of. With the exception of a LOT of perverted random shots that take away from the story and have no purpose I really like it.

I wouldn't want that in real life and I'm pretty sure a lot of people would agree. It's a distraction and distractions in that situation get you killed. looked at what happened to the black guy and his car in resident evil apocalypse. got distracted by a half naked chick(dead or not it doesn't matter) and crashed. when I look at a movie and television show I look at it from an artist of film critics stand point. there is a story there in HOTD and in action scenes I really get drawn into it and wonder are they going to make it out unscathed? and then a random over exaggerated boob shot pops up in my face and then the intensity and the desire to care is gone. Many of my friends that turned me to this show originally all agree on the same thing. HOTD would easily be one of my favorite anime if not for the random unnecessary perverted scenes.
