I'm not even arguing. Since you've offered your opinion, can I comment or allow my own? I don't like pointless arguments either, so I'm discussing music. Don't like club music? Don't go to clubs. How is that an argument?
 
I am different from most people in that I don't collect music...so I don't listen to it as often as most of you. I don't own an ipod and such accessories. So I feel that it becomes easier to filter out bad music, since I don't dilute my ears with it. And overall I am more interested in the sound than anything else. I hardly ever pay too much attention to the lyrics unless the singing is exceptional.

The only thing I actually have on my laptop is soundtracks, and not to many of those either.
 
Umm, i think you guys are misunderstanding something...and i think i was too general with my first post too.

Im talking about the music that is targeted at high school kids. Im not talking about clubs, rather, high school dances and college house/frat parties. I can dig clubs.

If you let music targeted at high school kids bother you, regardless of time frame, you'll be furious every day.
