Obama or McCain?

Democrats did this long time ago, to get more money out of rich people. The more you make the more money the government takes from your income. I don't know what else Democrats can do to redistribute the wealth like they say. The rich pay 60% of the taxes.

The thing is that if you fuck with the rich, they won't stick around...and there goes your job. They go where they can get cheaper losses, and more profit...like China.

I'm not in this country to get by. I don't want it easy. I want it to be as hard as possible and I want to be EXTREMELY rich. At the end of the day, the candidate that makes it harder for those that are weaker than me and make it easier for me to be rich is the one I vote for.

Obama promises EASY. The things I don't believe are rights: Home ownership, retirement, health care, raising a family. You earn these. THEY ARE NOT RIGHTS. You don't get them simply for being a person. I know... I'm a TOP TIER heartless conservative that eats stupid liberals for breakfast.

It's rare for me to agree with any reason for voting for McCain, but this is one of those occasions. I gotta give it to you, you sound like a dick, but at least you're honest and I have to respect that.

I'm 100% for Obama. Aside from the fact that I hold fairly liberal views to begin with, honesty is a big thing for me and McCain doesn't have that going for him. Throughout his campaign he's repeatedly lied about things ranging from his own voting record to his opponent's plans, to what he feels is important in this election (his whole platform was based on Obama not having experience and then he chose Palin? Really?). I just can't trust anything the guy says. I realize there's always going to be some of that in politics, but McCain really seems to be sinking to new lows. Furthermore, McCain seems way too trigger happy with going to war which is something I just can't support.

McCain. Obama supports Abortion, his supporters are racist, he's had a freeride his whole life, his wife is only proud of America because of barack's position, AND he's a racist.

I understand his pro choice stance as a reason not to vote for him. I am one of those people who thinks it is wrong but doesn't press it on other people... I know that means that I don't see the prolife issue passionately. I'd like to think Roe V. Wade did its job, but it's no longer the precedent anyway.

He's a racist... There is almost no way that you can prove that he is a racist... I can't prove that he isn't a racist. I can accuse McCain of being a racist and having racist supporters just as easily as you can do it for Obama. I honestly believe that this is a road that both candidates avoid so that they don't sound like Cynthia McKinney.

Presidents generally don't have the power to force racist beliefs on Americans anyway *Cough* FDR *Cough*, but that it kind of argument is at best, mudslinging.

Racism should be a real issue for being a public figure if the KKK decides to try to get someone on the ballet. Calling Obama a racist is even less credible of a reason go against him than calling him a socialist.

I never really knew why the president was given soo much trouble over what he thinks about abortion. That is really an issue better suited for state reps and senators rather than the president.

Obama having a free ride? How so? The man got a full scholorship in Harvard for his academic ability. I'd have an easier time accusing Bush of getting a free ride

and abortion has no business as a federal issue it should be left to the states. The whole topic is nothing but a "Red Herring" to distract us from the real matters at hand. Both parties are guilty of this.

Thank you. And I have to be "a dick" because I'm a conservative in California who was educated in public schools. You get walked on for being weird by TEACHERS. The only you can fight back is by actions, and my way of doing it is rubbing my success in their faces. And right now, in these hard times, it feels good to be me.

I do support 3rd parties. But when you have very far left candidates, I gotta play it safe and vote for the best contender. If Hillary were running, I might not be voting Mccain (I'm talking to you DNC).

If only tax-payers were allowed to vote, I would vote Libertarian. That way, the only way we would allow more people to vote is to have a long-term tax reduction plan.
