Sc4 DLC Not working!!!!

Yes I got a new console long time ago and there is a problem. I have DLC Character: Darth Vader downloaded and he's not showing up, nor my other DLCs lke custom character equipment, music, ect. Can somebody tell me how to fix this?

on PSN you go to the store, click the shopping cart, and then "recent downloads" or "download history" or something. you can re-download any purchases made on your account there
