Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3

Keep in mind this game WILL have DLC and that will likely mean future characters. We will not be getting X in the release, but I wouldn't doubt him appearing in DLC if megaman is not in the release (good chance Zero will make it tho).

They are also still tweaking the game...so the foot combo is probably gone, funny as it is. I'm just hopin we get a demo around decemeber-ish

Apparently foot combo was in older games(although required more work) so maybe it won't be gone.

Bam! Tons off shit to announce!

M.O.D.O.K. and Magneto confirmed for Marvel. Spencer (Bionic Commando) and Arthur confirmed for Capcom!

ALSO pictures of Jill Valentine, Gief, Dictator, and Megaman found on walls with the MvC3 logo nearby. It's very weak evidence that says they are gonna make it...but I cant see all of them making the cut.

Lastly alternate costumes confirmed with 4 pictures of Alternate Spidermans. Amazing, Symbiote (win for me!), some iron man-esque one, and the new one for the Big Time comic which is debatably the coolest. This will probably spiral in to the suspicions of Warmachine and Frank West being alternate costumes.

They're still balancing the game they say, but it's looking good. combos seem to have a LOT more variety than the standard normals>launcher>aerial rave>special/super finish. Lots of directional control, wall bouncing, OTG, and it all just looks beautiful.

Not particularly excited about Magneto coming back but he is too popular in the comics so it is what it is i guess.

Those posters of "possible leaked" characters also included Strider. I am not happy about ANY of them making it, exception being Dictator. Jill, Gief and Strider are definitely not good choices at all. I have to except Mega Man making it given that Tron Bonne was already announced but i'm just not interested in him, or the others.

I mean lets break down Gief a little bit and actually consider how many people are REALLY going to be interested in playing him. He is just not popular enough to warrant bringing him back. They just should have put in Hakan. He's new, and as such i think a lot of people who aren't even familiar with him at all will take some small interest and most Street Fighter players would have been a little surprised/delighted to see a new character get some attention. Instead, everybody is just gonna roll their eyes and be like "Oh, great...its Gief....hurray" :/
