Ibuki's f.lk cancels into her Tsumuji (whirlwind kicks). Hurray!
Also f.hk is still a really strong anti-low. Just don't try and follow up with anything against DP-mashers. Unfortunately, the move isn't an overhead, but it will beat out crouching jabs.
As far as c.mk is concerned, she can't really cancel it. You're better off, again, with standing medium kick. You can get to standing medium kick through s.lp or c.lp. You can also cancel into anything from c.mp, which has pretty good range.
Beyond that, her poking game still feels much weaker than it used to be in SF3. I still believe it's the inherent mechanics in SF4 that just weaken it a ton, though. Her standing jab - which was godly in SF3 - seems to have lost it's frame advantage on block. Plus crouching blocking is pretty prevalent and Ibuki's f.mk isn't as strong an overhead as it used to be.
